We stayed at HRR in pelling for 2 days, we were 6 couples and 6 kids, we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, especially prompt service and cooperative nature of Urmila and other staff. The rooms are clean, cozy, food was OK, as we are used to spicy food, but the chef was supportive enough to let the ladies cook in kitchen and cook some homely food. Kids enjoyed Table tennis, carom, and we had a gala time dancing on some gr8 music by Urmila before Dinner. Overall a very pleasant experience not to mention the view of Kanchezonga peak from the rooftop of HRR,the location is so good that you feel like watching a movie of kanchenzonga sitting in first row. Those into birdwatching can just move around the hotel to see a variety of birds in morning.
